What is the benefit to my business?
If we are to make certain assumptions as to the proficiency of PaaM Systems vs. ADHOC spreadsheet models, the following is true.
Using a simple scenario whereby a project can accommodate 5% more contractors due to better room/bed utilization and management, we are able to appreciate the potential productivity uplift;
Consider a camp has a capacity of 1000 beds and its contractors work an average rotational shift pattern of 8wks. ON/ 3wks. OFF = 265 work days per year
A nominal 5.0% room/bed allocation efficiency would mean an extra 50 contractors (x 265 days x 8hrs. per annum) would be able to live on site, signifying an additional 106,000 manhours in a year. Such a significant increase in productivity permits companies to achieve milestones, improve safety and fatigue management, and achieve budget target levels.
Will the software work in remote locations?
All software is available as a cloud-based or locally installed solution; or as a Hybrid with complete modular synchronization. Having the ability to choose how your software is hosted provides you with complete and uninterrupted operations no matter where a project is based. The Hybrid-hosting solution gives you the opportunity to work in the most remote ‘off-the-grid’ locations with full system synchronization when network connectivity is available.
Does the software create an all-inclusive view of my operations?
One of the major benefits on PaaM Systems is its ‘eco-system network design’ which integrates all of the necessary aspects of an operation under a single-source database. This means each and every transaction is recorded and linked with its immediate co-module without need of import/export or interfacing design. Such instantaneous sharing of information within the system provides immediate comprehensive reporting and auditing of your business.
Can PaaM Systems reduce my overheads?
Clearly, if our systems provide for multi-tasking by a single operator across a variety of jobs in an integrated manner, it will mean you need a smaller workforce to effectively operate. Our ‘eco-system’ of software management tools permits you to access reports, review statistics, forecast trends, and perform transactions from wherever you are – whenever you want.
Are there additional costs?
All PaaM software packages are inclusive of configuration, project management, setup and training. All modules are pre-loaded with an extensive list of reports ready for use and training materials are provided. An annual licensing fee is payable after the first 1 year of operations should services continue.
Is support Included?
ISMs Global offers a complete Service Level Agreement (SLA) with all of its installations. As a basic support mechanism, there is 24/7 email support built into the initial cost.
How to set up the application?
ISMs Global’s experienced team of installers work closely with client representatives to complete detailed upload workbooks which are then used to populate the systems’ modules. We also support the hardware and network setup and finalize data imports.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
If you are operating under a non-contracted deal, then you are eligible to terminate the contract at the end of the agreed 30-day term at any time. However, if you have signed on for a full-term contract (normally 12 months) you are committed to the full term, after which your license will expire upon non-payment of the annual fee on the due date.
What about Refunds?
ISMs Global does not offer full or partial refunds after the software has been implemented and the acceptance documentation has been signed.
Who owns the data?
Though ISMs Global acts as a responsible steward of its client’s data, we do not own it. All data remains the property of the client for as long as the software license remains valid. If requested, and before the software becomes unlicensed, ISMs Global will download and provide such data upon written request from the client at a cost.
How long does it take to implement?
All implementation periods are based on a case-by-case scenario dependent on the size of the project, module requirements and network setup. Yet, a general rule is that most standard installs take between 2-4 weeks from start to Go-Live.
Can I write my own reports?
All PaaM modules come with embedded reports for immediate use. However, should you require a report which is specific to your business needs, or is required to fulfill corporate guidelines, ISMs Global specialists can support you. Our software does not come with an internal report-writing function due to the complex nature of our software algorithms and integrated code.
