Our Ideas

Are in fact, not all ours!

We originally designed PaaM® software as an agile management platform which addressed many of the shortcomings of existing tools such as Microsoft Excel and hotel reservation systems, and then took lesson learnt directly from the industry and incorporated them in our development.

Today, our teams and contract managers work tirelessly with our clients to create solutions for the real world. This ideology has continued to serve us since the beginning and has led us to develop dynamic software that never stops evolving in response to industry needs.

Founder and CEO

With over 18 years of actual experience thriving in complex and challenging environments around the world, Paul has a valuable insight into the natural resource, energy and construction sectors. With a professional career spanning Corporate Business Development, Strategic Operations & MOC, Project management and Country directorship, Paul brings the vision necessary for continuous improvement.

Marina Loginova

Finance Director

Marina has led the finance team at ISMs Global since the beginning and sits on the Company’s Board of Directors. With vast international expertise and education, she is a welcome member of the decision-making team. Having worked herself in remote site operations, Marina’s unique understanding of project dynamics means she is a capable steward of the Company’s finances and is an integral part of planning our future direction

Jerry Murray

VP of Operations & Sales

Jerry has been involved in the natural resources and energy sector on a full-time basis for over 25 years. As a company director, he gained a broad range of experience in the project management of purchasing, supply chain, and supervising the commissioning of equipment and managing service personnel. With a strong background in banking and finance, Jerry also brings a thorough knowledge of contracts and contract negotiation to ISMs Global.

Infrastructure and communications are a critical aspect of any remote project and weigh heavily on ISMs Global’s ability to deploy and sustain its software around the world. In joining the Company, Andrey brings a new vision towards how we can improve our customer-relation services and deliver computerized management tools to all corners of the globe.

Johnny heads the design and development team and is responsible for the innovative success of the Company since joining in 2012. His in-depth understanding of the industry, together with a strong background in programming and development, make him an essential part of the future growth team.
